Our work in metal grew out of a desire to find just the right garden ornaments for our clients. I took welding and cutting classes in Charlotte where my first completed piece was featured in the Symphony Guild’s Designer House. My dad, who has a thing for tools, found a used welder and another branch of the business began. Now, my dad and I work on projects together in the old dairy barn behind the house.
